Jostens Ring Sizer

Doesn't Work! There are no sizing buttons (+/-) on the sizing screen as described in the video. It just keeps telling me that it's too big. This is so frustrating, since we don't have anywhere local to size rings within an hour of where we live!

What a waste of energy. I sent in my original ring,which had to be cut when I had surgery. That size was 7.25. We were advised to get a snug fit so that the ring wouldn't accidentally slip off. I had it over 40 years. Unfortunately, I sprained my finger before surgery, so I couldn't get it off. The ring I received was completely different from my original class ring and two sizes too big. I asked for it to be resized 1/2 (.5) higher.The sizer shows I am a 9 or 9 5?? I am a 7.5. Go to a jeweler.

It doesn't work. The app kept freezing, buttons were not working, and the finish button never came up to give me a ring size.
