RABBI TV is a non-profit television project initiated by Rabbi Media Group Limited, which aims to provide a diverse range of religious, entertainment, sports, current affairs, news and educational services to Tanzania and the global audience. The project is promoted and financed by a consortium of entities and individuals seeking to harness the economic power gained through commerce to support and develop the moral, spiritual, economic and entertainment industry in society.

The mission of RABBI TV is to provide a positive, engaging and entertaining TV station that appeals to a broad spectrum of the local population, instilling self-worth and generosity in those who tune in, thereby empowering them to contribute to their own well-being and the common good of society. The station aims to serve the society on a non-discriminatory basis and cover a wide range of ages, social classes, and both genders.

The Television Station industry is in the mature phase of its life cycle, and the advent of digital media has provided an opportunity for the industry to experience vibrant growth. Cable and satellite now dominate the industry, and according to TCRA COMMISSION's latest survey on digital consumption, an estimated 30.8 percent of Tanzanians watch at least some of their TV from online services. The industry is becoming more concentrated, with a few large global firms dominating the market and gaining a significant market share.

Despite the emergence of new media, TV stations cannot be phased out. It is easier for television stations to leverage modern technology to reach their target market. The RABBI TV station is poised to attract a lot of viewers in its targeted zone, cut across all groups, and expand services throughout the country to the national level. The promoters of the station are confident that the project will produce a surplus for dividends and provide a sustainable means of expansion.
2. Executive Summary
RABBII TV Station is a Tanzania based religious, commercial and entertainment television station that is located in Dar es Salaam city. We have been able to secure a standard office facility in a central business district in Mabibo area. We are general purpose television station that is set to compete in the highly competitive television industry not only in the United republic of Tanzania market, but also in the global market because our clientele base will not be restricted to just businesses and organizations in the Dar es salaam city only but in the national market who would want to advertise on our TV station.
Our business goal is to become one of the leading TV station in Tanzania with high profile corporate and individual clients scattered all around the country.
Our workers are going to be selected from a pool of talented and highly creative broadcasters and media experts in and around Tanzania and also from any part of the world as the business grows. We will make sure that we take all the members of our workforce through the required training that will position them to meet the expectation of the company and to compete with leading sports TV stations in the country and of course throughout the globe.
