Ok. This app is really useless, and therefore completely overpriced. Having gone through the program (you must complete all steps in order) I ended up smoking more, not less, thanks to some guidance towards the end... Epic fail. Maybe it works for some people, like hypnotherapy but not me. And you get hammered with ads to buy all the add on programs, which you could buy if you thought this worked, but if this doesn't work, why buy them too.

I used quit guru after trying literally everything in the book at least 10 times over 35 years of smoking 1-2 packs a day, wanted to quit so many many times but I had it stuck in my head how hard it was going to be, that the craving was going to get me Yada yada.... and you know Yada.... it was... so here's the deal and the keys to the kingdom. If still be as bad as you tell yourself and believe it will. After listening to quit guru as prescribed I put them down after 25 days and I'm done!!
