MútuaTerrassa Assistance makes available to patients, users and family members a mobile application with which they can consult and manage scheduled visits and tests at the different care centers of the MútuaTerrassa Assistance Foundation, monitor patients who are being treated in the Emergency Service and the Surgical Block and other information of interest to urgent care, related advice and health recommendations and information from the centers.

What can you do with the MútuaTerrassa Assistance App?


REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT AT YOUR PRIMARY CARE CENTER. Access to the Catsalut Primary Care Appointments and Consultations website, from where you can directly schedule a visit to your primary care center (CAP) of reference with the family medicine, pediatrics and nursing professionals you have been assigned, and with other health professionals such as the administrative staff for citizen care.

OUR CENTERS. The care centers of the MútuaTerrassa Mutual Foundation are shown, both Primary Care and Specialized Care, with details of their contact details, how to get there and the services they offer.

MY HEALTH. Access to the start page of La Meva Salut, from where you can access it or request registration if you do not yet have access.

WAITING TIME AT EMERGENCY. The waiting times in the Emergency Department of the MútuaTerrassa University Hospital are shown for severity levels 4 and 5, organized by care specialties. This section includes recommendations on When you should go to the Emergency Department.

EMERGENCY PATIENT. You can monitor a patient's stay in the emergency room in real time. This system complements the information that the healthcare team will provide on the patient's state of health and progress during their stay at the service.

PATIENT IN OPERATING ROOM. You can track a patient's intervention in real time, from arrival to departure from the surgical block.
AGENDA OF MUTUATERRASSA ACTIVITIES. You can consult the scheduled activities from MútuaTerrassa.

PREVENTION TIPS. Access to informative content to take care of health based on scientific evidence and endorsed by health professionals.

AGENDA You can consult the details of the appointments (Visits, tests and interventions) scheduled and those already carried out, download the receipt, and also request a change or cancellation of the appointment. People with functional diversity can request a support service for orientation and help accessing the centers on the day of the appointment.

DELIVERY OF RESULTS. If you have requested a copy of clinical documentation, you can access the requested documentation using the code previously provided by the Customer Service.
