It might take some trial and error before getting accurate measurements. The measurements itself are quite jarring to even be given a notion of. From my use it is fairly easy to use if it is placed on a hard surface and is given say a minute for it to do all of the measurements, outside of the weight. (and apparently no socks when upon the scale) The actual model of the scale is very clean too, which I admire. In comparison to before where I was ignorant of, it is nice to be informed and aware.

The app uses bio impedance and weight measured from the scale along with user input to calculate an array of things: visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, muscle mass, metabolic age, etc. Problem is, there's no transparency as to what goes into the calcs and it appears that many of them only really scale with weight. It'd actually be really nice if bio impedance was an output, but it doesn't appear to be.

This app stopped working for me after the update. I can step on the scale and it connects and shows my weight from the scale but as soon as it is done calculating the app closes and does not update any of my stats. I've restarted my phone and checked to see of my phone or the app needs an update. Pretty bummed that I have a regular scale when I bought it to track other things.
