I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the watch app qwatch pro. The app is supposed to provide various features such as synchronization, dial faces, notifications, and fitness tracking for my smartwatch (firebolt combat). However, the app does not work properly and has several issues that affect its functionality and performance. Some of the issues that I have encountered with the app - contact not sync, dial faces section blank, not sync fitness things . Kindly please look in this

I've also experienced watch dials not appearing, especially in dark mode. I've been experimenting and I've found that if your browser has no pages open and your swipe down notifications are clear it will work every time. But lag is definitely there. Also I just got this watch 3 days ago and I want to like it. But the registration say I already have a profile, I've only had this watch for 3 days. So how do I have a profile already fresh out the box. Can't even put Google play on it. Bravo XL NAH

terrible app. works when it wants to, rarely mirrors the actual watch, unable to register a profile, can not change waych face as no options appear. pretty much a poorly maintained app for a smart watch that I got to actually want to use
