An experience that is bad at all levels (DO NOT USE THE APP if you have an occasion), delivery asked for location on WhatsApp although it is there in the order and rescheduled the order which is past the occasion date, customer service is not serving customer. And if you cancel the order they will refund you 30% only! Will never use them again

I encountered a poor user experience. I was unable to complete my payment using STC Pay, as it displayed an error. Similarly, when I attempted to initiate a chat via WhatsApp through the customer support button in the app, it also resulted in an error. Furthermore, the advertisement within the app promised delivery within 90 minutes, but it failed to mention that this service is not available on weekends

I don't usually write feedback but the customer service and overall experience I had with this is beyond unexplanatory. The original scheduled delivery called in about 2hrs late, and when asked to change the delivery as the recepient already moved, the delivery person refused and ask me to reach out to support. Support was unreachable on evening. The message said the flowers was rejected, but it was not. Ended up delivering after 24hrs but left the flowers on the doors floor without calling.
