My last review was nothing to brag about. I was having issues logging in with an infinite loading screen when trying to log in. I brought up the issue to customer service. Seen I wasn't the only one having a similar problem. Was told I.T. was working on the issue. Been 4 months or so(don't quote me on that)and the issue has since been resolved. I have no issues with the app and I think the layout looks less, bare. The app and operations have improved tremendously. Thank you!

Always have to login in about 3 times before it takes and loads. Other than that I love the app. Stars would be more if I didn't have so much trouble opening it. I see I'm not the only one and there have been issues with overdraft that couldn't have happened if my balance was correct on the app. I check it consistently. Loved it when it was Ky. Bank. Still love the staff. They're great at my branch.

90%of the time it's great but there are times I have to go through several steps to find things . I often want info on my different savings and there is no single spot to get that . You go through transfer then only one item to open my list .. Maybe this could recreated to only one spot to see all
