Awful app. Nothing works it just loops and loops and it's impossible to set the alarm on and off. It just comes up with loads of error messages. So frustrating and unreliable. Imagine if you have an emergency. I have my own in house Internet system with great speeds so it's nothing to do with that. Please advise how to solve this. Thanks for your reply. Where do I find the system I'd??

Used the Pro Control app for many years but was informed of this app as an alternative. This is much slicker and I like how you can use biometrics to set/unset the alarm,rather than having to enter your 6 digit code all the time. However, why does a notification not pop up when you set/unset the alarm like it did with Pro Control? That's a very useful feature as you get confirmation of your action and if you have multiple users of the system, they also know what state the alarm is in.

Hi Faisal, thanks for your review. We're glad to hear you're enjoying the app :-) You can enable the push and voice notifications for arm and disarm for your user within the PyronixCloud account. If the panel is registered to an installers account, they would need to amend these settings for you.

Very slow to open and let me into the alarm functions. It won't let you in if someone else is in so I can't turn our alarm on or off if my husband has his app open. Despite the notification settings saying it won't override my do not disturb it still makes a noise when the alarm is set when my bedtime do not disturb is on. This app is not worth the money and I wish we had installed our alarm box somewhere more accessible so we didn't have to use this app!

We're sorry to hear you are having these issues. I can confirm 2 users can be in the app, however just not the alarm system e.g. to set/unset the panel. Can you please email further details of the issues you are experiencing to customer.support@pyronix.com including your panels unique system ID, so we can look at some troubleshooting?
