Was on the phone for almost an hour trying to get the problem fixed and it's still not working. The app keeps crashing/stopping while I'm trying to put in new scents. It's definitely the app that's the problem. I've trouble shooted and have updated the app, my phone, etc. I've only had this pura 4 for a month or so. Just long enough to use up initial fragrance and buy new fragrance that the app refuses to accept and work. Very frustrated! The app sucks!!

Obsessed. Every scent I've purchased so far is unique & so upscale-hotel-lobby vs Bath & Body Works overpowering floral & def better than Glade plug-ins. Like a delish diffuser scent, only effortless. The app is a 9/10. Sometimes have to close & reopen app to get a schedule to save, but overall so simple to use and makes it easy to adjust my scent strengths, schedules and swap fragrances. Amazing addition to my home - which now smells like a vacation every time I walk through the door:)

I've had the pura devices for over a year. No major problems until recently. The physical devices constantly flash red like they are not connected. The app just says to update the app to the latest version (the update is what I think caused the problem). Outside of that it wants me to reset all the devices and check my wifi. It's a bit ridiculous considering it's a wholistic system issue, and my wifi works. My devices no longer function, and there is no real fix.
