The app no longer works on my android phone. The app fails to open. I have used the app multiple times in the past with success. UPDATE- I worked with the city IT dept and we got the app working again. Delete and reinstall the app. After reinstall clear the cache and data for the app. Restart your phone and the app works again. 5 stars after getting working again!

Useless unless you ONLY want to PAY your water bill and even then it sends you to an external browser which you can already do with your phone. Wanna look at a detailed bill? Forget it. Want to contact them about something other than an outage? Nope. I Love getting gouged with late fees that exceed my bill but I love even more having my city pay somebody to build and manage this app. Utterly. Friggin. Useless.

Doesn't work! Installed App, changed my profile to push notifications. After not receiving any for more than a month, go back to the app and it won't open on my Android device. Uninstall and reinstall, same thing, app won't launch!
