Simple, easy, glad city has it. It had stopped working on my last phone, but is working on my new one. Might want to update tech to be compatible with more devices. Requests get worked fairly promptly and well.

I was very happy with Nancy in the Inspections Dept. She told me the things I needed to do and options to receive a permit and how to complete the needed documents for a back yard shed. Great person to work with!

Used to be a great app but it won't work on newer phones/devices. Needs an update so it's compatible with newer technology.
