If the app messes up, I just uninstall/reinstall and it works again. This app is also on the City website (fairfield.ca.gov) so you don't have to download this but it makes attaching photos very easy to your report/complaint. I've used this app and watched my complaints get resolved by code enforcement. Some problems are "easy" and some will take time. Read your Municipal Code and learn something, folks. If you can't cite your code for problems you see in town, time to crack that code book open!

Fantastic way to contact the city. I've used many times for things from reporting snakes at the dog park to homeless camps. They ALWAYS respond properly and take care of the issue.

No one from the City of Fairfield even monitors this site. It's useless. I submitted a concern over 2 months ago and it hasn't even been opened yet.
