The app usually crashes or produces errors when trying to play a video from the program list. With a routine of restarting the app and timing hitting play on a series of different episodes, usually one will load and properly play, but it requires mental preparation to not become completely frustrated, and some episodes will just always produce errors.

Ovverall very good! Would be great if more info about series was available within one click to decide whether to go further. Ditto the search function itself is not on the home screen. Using Samsung S8. Nice to finally have this service in Canada. We had almost given up on KCTS. Thumbs up!!
