The new app is just awful. The old home page had convenient buttons for scanning your membership and redeeming points. The new app takes two or three tops just to get to that same page, in each tab takes so long to load with no indication that it's doing anything, that it feels like it's not working at all.

I have used the app for years with a couple of different phones, including iPhone and Pixel 6, but when I got a Pixel 8 in December, the app stopped working. I just get a blank screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it continues happening. Not sure what else to try. I see some others have had similar problems so that makes me feel better

The app hasn't been updated in over a year. Newer versions of Android seem to be iffy with it. Otherwise it's fine and does what it sets out to do: keep track of your orders and give you possible rewards. The accumulative purchase rewards are nothing to get too excited over. Spending $100 gets you $5 back. Up to you if that's worth bothering with over the occasional ice cream trip.
