PTPTN can try to repair these apps. Don't focus on adding services that are only useful for users, but the smoothness of the app is also because the basic thing for the app, which is log in, is also problematic. Many errors and very long loading. Maybe you can do trial and error for all types of phone versions from old to new. But thank you for the addition of the money withdrawal service directly to the local bank. You can start with basic app repair and then add other services.

The recent update to the web and the app always throws an error message after the payment method has been selected whenever I tried to pay the loan. Kindly fix this issue immediately as it is one of the main features of the app and the other payment channel charged you a certain fee. Another one, it would be better to be able to see the loan statement inside the app instead of allowing users to download only.

Totally useless App. I faced the same problem as others described in the previous reviews. I just downloaded the app and I get a popup "versi terbaharu myptptn" when i launch the app. There is no way to get out of that popup because the "OK" button doesn't work and the phone's Back button exits the App. I've tried reinstalling the app, clearing the cache but nothing works. Worse app ever in the history of Apps.
