Dreadful app Can't check in on my order. App assumes you want to make a new order each time. Tries to force location. Needs a user experience designer- ANYONE that actually understands how a person actually interacts with an app

I ordered through the app but due to an issue with it the order only went through 5 hours later and while the order was cancelled even after 5 month I still have not gotten my money back. I called and talked with someone at the local branch on the day and multiple times after. Everytime I was told that I would get my money back but still nothing. Would not recommend to use the app or trust the staff at the local branch.

Food very good. App is poor, no description of the dishes so need to use the website to select order and then place order with the app. Names of the dishes can differ from app to web site just to make it a bit more difficult. Star rating is for the app only. As previously said food is very good
