Placed an order via the app on 20th June 2021 at 17:13. It provided an estimated time of 19:45. Ok popular place. 20:00 I had to phone to find out what is happening. Told it is just being made in the kitchen. 21:00 I phone to request my money back. They don't look at orders via the app. Very poor service, no point in using the app.

Placed an order once and paid via app but delivery guy said it had not been paid so phoned resteraunt who said it had not been paid even though app said it was. You are warned.
