Frustrating app that takes ages to load (not ideal for a busy coffee queue), insists on a very long password and then logs you out regularly and doesn't auto fill from saved passwords. The subscription is good value given how expensive coffee and food has become, but has really changed the atmosphere in a lot of Prets - staff and customers seem fed up, and stuck in a timewarp, offering the same food and drinks as 10 years ago, while other brands have moved on and offer more innovative choices

Nightmare app. I haven't been able to access my subscription for 3 days, it keeps sending me around in a fruitless loop of password resets. I've contacted CS by both email and social media and zero response. When the app does work it's painfully slow to pull up the QR code and login in is torture as password cannot be stored and app doesn't work with any password manager. The subscription would be great value if you could access it

I live and work in London, during some busy times it can happen that my mobile connection doesn't work. This is now a problem because when I try to use the app without connection, not only can I not get access to my qr code but it ALSO logs me out, then I have to go through the whole mobile phone number authentication process again as well. Now the app also doesn't allow screenshots so this issue is quite a bother for me. There's got to be a way to access my QR without internet connection.
