If I could give this app 0 stars I would. It's completely unusable in its current state. You cannot search anything because the main page is completely unresponsive, but the other pages work. Too bad the other pages have absolutely no value to anyone. If you are making an app for planning a route, you would think that being able to use the map function to check bus stops and routes would be the core functionality you focus on, but it seems that the devs for this app didn't check that part.

The UI can be improved. There are too many steps to check what is arguably the most important feature in the app; checking arrival times of buses and trains. There should be an option to save favourite commutes right at the dashboard. Edit: It's been a year and this feature has not been implemented. What more, the app is getting worse. The bus schedules are no longer accurate and the GPS are wack. This applies for route 600 which is a very busy route. Can't imagine for less used routes.

Back then, the app was very good, we can plan and see the suggested routes to the destination. HOWEVER, suddenly and recently they decided to 'update' the app and it got worse. The app lags terribly, and the interface is confusing. No more suggested route (if there's any, it's confusing) and no more seeing the next available trip for that particular bus line.. send the feedback via app but crickets. No action/reply
