Couldn't log in on the old ipass manager app. Changed my password. Still couldn't log in. I could log in on the browser just fine, but it Locked me out for 30 minutes every time I tried on the app. I uninstalled and found it doesn't exist anymore, which is why I'm here. No notification at all. The old app was made by the same company, why didn't they just update it? Typical tollway bs. They don't care at all just give them free money.

I cannot get into the app cause of wrong password and after resetting the password still cannot get in. i tried looking to contact someone but all I get is an email which I'll probaby wont hear back in a couple of days. Also had problems when getting my transporter scanned at tolls. All that money and cannot upgrade the system.

Third-party provider company not official state of Illinois representation or business running this app. if something goes wrong with your credit card information or with this app the state of Illinois is not responsible for anything relation to whatever problem you have. Or at least that's what a tollway employee told me. I am inclined to believe them. Also since this app updated it has not work well at all. In fact it sucks now. It worked halfway decent before the last update.
