Latest app killed the functionality of smart bulb timed on/off selections, you can no longer select a certain hue when you turn it on using the scheduler. What's worse, if you had turn on such a function prior to the app updating(in my case), the lighting function that you selected stays forever hidden and turns on/off on it's own as if it was still there with no way for you to disable or enable it. What's more, you can no longer save preferred custom hues in the application.

The app worked great initially. No connection issues, alerts were on point most of the time. All the connection issues started when i created the home management as i wanted to be able to share the video footage on my husband's phone as well. Deleted the home management and just added the device as it is again and everything seem fine again. Will continue to monitor this bug. Update: will get network issues from their end during early morning hours that can last for a few hours. TERRIBLE

Bought a smart light bulb, and it's a complicated piece of junk. The app requires an account, can only find the light sometimes, and requires wifi to setup (why not use Bluetooth). Honestly, regular light bulbs have worked fine for 100 years, not everything needs to be a smart device.
