App blows just like the old one. I have to re-download it every time I'm trying to start a report only to have to delete it halfway through because it will not log my inputs. The old app was the same, except it was completely unusable even after redownloading. Just use a different service. I know we are switching. This is pathetic. Btw that's literally their suggestion is to re-download. They don't know how to fix it because they have no idea what they are doing. It's painfully obvious now!

Did you get a mold test kit hardware store and you're trying to register it? Well this is the right company but this app is totally useless to you despite what the instructions say. Who knows who the moron is who got his wires crossed but this app requires a login and there's no way to create an account. Go to the pro Lab website. That works. This thing is a waste of your time
