Assalamu Alaikum, dear brothers, sisters and friends. Known as the book written by Muhammad Ibn Saleh Al-Othaimeen, "Nature and the Shari'ah are recognized rights." Nature and Shari'ah Recognized Rights: The beauty and balance of the Shari'ah given by Allah can be revealed only when it is taken care of in a very just manner. In other words, everyone is given his due rights without any kind of reduction or increase or narrowing or exaggeration. Allaah has instructed you to establish justice in the society, to be kind to people, and to protect the rights of relatives. Allah has sent Messengers to this world on the basis of justice, has sent down the Book and is conducting all the affairs of this world and the Hereafter. The question may arise in our minds, what is 'Adal'. In fact, the right thing to do is to give everyone the dignity and rights they deserve. It is not possible to observe it without a thorough knowledge of rights. Only by knowing these can everyone be given the status he deserves. I tried to discuss some of the special rights in the text in question. All the pages of this book are highlighted in this app. I published the whole book for free for those Muslim brothers who could not afford it.
