Consulation was fast but delivery just sucks. Express Delivery is always not available. Medication tooks hours to deliver. I use this app is because I felt sick and able to go to the clinic but waiting for hours (earliest slot is 1-3pm) but last time is close to 3pm then receive the medication. This time I have yet to receive the medication after 3:28pm and still waiting. Think medication delivery need to be improved.

It used to be a very good service with helpful doctors when it was still growing. Now, it looks like they are getting enough new business that they don't need to keep clients happy anymore. I had come back to this app after a few months and was surprised to have two very rude experiences in two days with two different doctors. For this reason, I am uninstalling the app after using it for more than 5 years

Annoying prompts to add payment options when you have a corporate profile and the payment is covered by the corporate plan. They should be intelligent enough to not to prompt for users who already have a corporate profile.

Hi Anand, we would like to share that whilst you are covered by corporate profile, please note that any excluded diagnoses or medications will incur charges. Therefore, it is recommended to have a payment card on file for such instances. Thank you for your understanding!
