Ive been enjoying ysense but I can't send a message to the advertisers on Torox previously known as offertoro . Everytime I try to click on apply missing credits it doesn't go through. I know that I always get a confirmation email but nothing. What could be the problem. I've never had issues concerning missing rewards. It happened soon after the new Torox.

spent an hour on a survey, which I wasn't compensated for. when I went for support it asked me for the survey ID, survey time, and the reward. these things are not saved in the history of the surveys you take, meaning you can only see them, before you do the survey. this is terrible design, making it purposely difficult to contact support, and hiding information that would be easy to show

Ysense has been a great platform. But as of this year, they hold on to your money. No matter how many times you make the withdrawals, they do not release the money. When you make a withdrawal, they later cancel the transaction and reverse the money to your ysense account. They do this over and over just to ensure the money doesn't leave your ysense account. In short, they do not pay. You will write thoudands of email which will never be responded to. Ysense is now terrible. So pathetic!
