Magnit VMS Mobile is for managers, workers, and suppliers using Magnit's integrated vendor management system (VMS), Magnit VMS. Download this app if your company uses Magnit VMS and is headquartered in the Americas, Middle East, Africa, or Asia.
Magnit VMS Mobile allows contingent workforce managers to quickly review and approve timecards, expenses, statement-of-work (SOW) billing, and other notifications and requests, from their phone. Workers can easily enter new timecards, submit expenses (including receipts). Suppliers - including account managers, recruiters, sourcing and billing specialists - may coordinate and schedule interviews, view pending engagement requests, review and confirm expenses, manage candidates, manage projects, and more.

NOTE:

• Suppliers - This application requires a Magnit VMS Supplier username and password to log in. Only suppliers that service clients as part of a Magnit program will have access. Additionally, the Magnit VMS Supplier App must be enabled at the program you are servicing in order to function.

• Workers - Magnit VMS Mobile can be activated only if the end user works for a company using Magnit’s integrated vendor management system (VMS) and managed services provider (MSP) solution.

• The ability to sign in with Face ID® or Touch ID® biometric authentication is at the discretion of the company using Magnit VMS. When enabled, users who do not sign in within a rolling 14 day window using Face ID®/Touch ID® will be prompted to sign in with their password to re-enable biometric authentication as a security precaution.

Terrible UI, broken app, needlessly complicated mess that nobody cares to fix. Edit: The "issue I'm experiencing" is that it's terribly designed with mostly N/A requirements and I have to click through 5 menus just to enter the amount of my hours worked. This is more like a developer demo than a finished product. Not user-friendly at all! I'm very tech-savvy, but this app makes me want to go back to using paper timesheets. Your recent REQUIRED update was also broken on the day mine was due.

Nothing but issues trying to enter my time worked. I have the same shift everyday and it never lets me enter my time. I then have to contact my managers, the HR for my work, then the agency that hired me, then their IT, then Magnit support. It just seems like a product that doesn't work properly, at least on Android since my coworkers use the app on iPhone without any issues. Please just fix the time input. That's what this app is designed for!

I have had no end of trouble with this app. Its mandatory for the work assignment I'm on, but it's a frusting & difficult to use product. My current problem is that it keeps telling me to update, and when I click on the notification, there is no update available. Needless to say.... I can't imput my hours for this week beczuse I can't sign into the app!! Customer service has always been nice & helpful, tho, and that is a plus. The app itself is buggy and annoying to use.
