I am interested to use this apps as I've been told about the benefit i can gain from using this apps. However, I've been disappointed as I'm still stuck in verification id, as my id cannot be captured even after several attempt. I've tried several method of lighting, but failed to do so. It's such a shame to not be able to use it. Please tell me if there any method to capture the id easily.

I got the message despite having the correct password. It seems like a marketing tactic to get me to download the app, which I find frustrating. I'll be filing a report. Account Blocked Access to your myASNB account has been blocked because you have exceeded the maximum login attempts. To regain access to your myASNB account, please: 1. Download the myASNB app and log in to recover your account.

I gave the picture of my IC and my face and it says profile verification failed. Now I have to contact support to help reset it. I do not understand why I can't just redo it again instead of bothering someone to help me reset. Not to mention they are taking a while to respond back.
