I am experiencing the same thing a few other users have mentioned in their reviews. All of a sudden the pods just stopped working and the Wi-Fi does not work unless you hook up an ethernet cable directly to the main modem with the pods all unplugged. When I try to log into the 360 Wi-Fi app, I get an error message "error 404 etc". The support team is supposed to get back to me, will update review with the results

Very Klunky, Limited Functionality, And Just Plain Wrong Information. This app has much less functionality than your average Router GUI, routinely freezes, and perhaps most annoyingly, regularly reports incorrect data usage information and misleading download/upload speeds. FYI, developers, I'm pretty sure the app says GB when you mean MB and TB when you mean GB. You all should check on that!

So far so good. Quantum only tests 200-300+ from my phone, but I kept it and cancelled my Xfinity. The additional pods around my house made it the winner for me. My security cameras further out would never connect with Xfinity. But my cameras now work with quantum fiber. That's the deciding factor for me. This app works well. I'm able to see who's connected and I'm able to pause connection when needed. It's not the fastest speed through these pods, but I like so far.
