This apps trash. It used to be fine, and I'd order ahead all the time, but now they've changed it. which basically means you have to confirm your pick-up location, but you can't because the bar covers the confirm button. You have to add the payment method during checkout, but you can't because there is no way to confirm your payment. You can't find half the menu, not that there is much to pick from since they removed most of the options. There's no point in going here anymore with all the issues

Glad to know I'm not the only one with an issue. I thought I wasn't "using" it correctly but my points never update (despite spending $30+ per visit for acai bowls). My "welcome" reward is still showing but not usable when the store looks up my account. And the pre-order function does not have the entire menu so I still have to wait until I arrive at the store to order.

Unfortunately, this app is useless for me. There's no way to order my favorite smoothie, Crazy Bee (add orange sherbet). They need to have a 'create your own' option or at least offer all menu options, even the "secret" menu options. I even tried to customize a different smoothie to make it similar to the one I want, but when I tried to substitute two different ingredients I was only able to pick one substitute for the two. So now I keep missing out on earning rewards.
