This never works on my phone, and I was able to come home and load receipts on laptop but not anymore. For the month of December where I spent a lot of time there and spent $$$ this is horrible. Don't waste your time downloading! I emailed them 2 times never got a response and have never been able to see progress on rewards. If you dont get how horrible this ap is and bad service by Wiregrass Mall then I can't say anymore. I wouldn't even give it one star if it was an option for less.

Horrible app. Nothing works. Emailed wiregrass about the issues, they responded that their developers are working on it. Hope they hire new developers because the one they have are horrible; nothing is happening, nothing improved. Don't know why the promote the app and program when they didn't have their stuff together! So disappointing

Rewards doesn't work at all. Can't view rewards, can't upload receipts. Rewards are literally 3 of the 4 tiles on the home page of the app. Useless!
