Is the worst platform I've ever seen. I paid for the full world cup pass. Then it turns out that to watch the game recaps you need the annual pass!!! 40€ more, It's insane, never seen such a scam. And the platfom itself is horrible sometimes it turns off, in some games it blacked out at the end of the game and you couldn't watch the final.... I want my money back

Everytime I watch a game, the stream keeps blocking every 10 seconds. The only way to play the game in full-screen mode is by rotating the phone and having auto-rotate mode activated. Luckily, I can watch the game by connecting to the website on my laptop. On a last note, after purchasing the yearly subscription, I was appalled to know the only way to cancel the subscription is to send an email to customer service as there is no easy way to cancel... in 2023?! Really unprofessional behavior!

Awful experience with the app. I cannot log in on my mobile! They throw 'unexpected error occured'. Re-installed the app, same issue. For some reason, on the tablet it is fine... But as others also mentioned, the streaming stops every 10s or so, super annoying. Now it seems the website is down, so no way of watching the game currently, LTU vs. GRE, so frustrating. And all that for a 50 euro subscription ..... Shame!
