Cannot stay logged in, cannot navigate smoothly through a checkout flow, cannot sufficiently apply a reward AND a promo code bc it requires two long numbers on copy/paste and you cannot leave your screen to copy the other number without losing all checkout progress. This app feels as if it works IF you click in the exact order they want but the moment you deviate from the plan of make a change, everything fails. This is not worth a 10% discount on your order.

Constantly crashing Does not save your cart accurately Reloads many times while logging in, making you log in more than once. Error messages to "retry" UPDATE 2/18/24 The above review still stands. The app continues with the above errors and issues. I ALWAYS do updates when needed and have a very reliable phone. Soma app still sucks. Also, I have not been able to see my rewards on the app or website. I have spent over $400 and issue still not resolved.

Very slow when I added items to my bag it took so long I wasn't sure it acknowledged my add to bag click and would add multiple times. When I finally went to check out it wouldn't take my payment through PayPal so I tried to change to a card but it had a saved card and wouldn't allow me to add a new card. It just brought me back to shopping. I gave up and logged into my computer and had the same issue so no order for me! Daily text only to not be able to actually order.
