Well I can't print anything because this app clearly stated that it has a bug. And will not open. This is unacceptable. The message I got after trying to Uninstall the app and then reinstalling it, "Something went wrong with zip printer, zip printer closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error." I have a bunch of printer paper that I can't use now and a printer that I spent money on. Can't use. I use this daily for journaling. Sad!

Has worked fine for years, now is bricked. Firmware update fails, and printer disconnects before printing. Won't connect through device Bluetooth, only through Zip app. Have tried on Pixel 7, Pixel 3, and a 2019 iPad with up-to-date iOS. If this is planned obsolescence, it's obscene. The last thing this planet needs is more e-waste. Do better, Polaroid. Fix this.

Haven't used my Zip (Polaroid Zink, 2017 model) printer in a few years. Got a new cell phone. Installed this latest Zip print app. Updated firmware and TMD. Tried to print a screenshot. App finds printer and spins as if going to print, then displays "wrong customer" error message and won't print. Tried to print directly by selecting the gallery image and 'sharing' with printer. App does not turn up in list of apps I can share with. Considering I spent around $130 for printer, it should work.
