Can't log into the app to get support. I ended up having to call Google to get support, and through the process found out the device OnTech installed is faulty. Despite that they sold and installed a faulty product, they won't send out a service technician for almost two weeks. Abysmal customer support.

Nope.Not Today But I tried. When a Supervisor spends part of the 3 hour Nonversation on the he phone, finally deciding that the Glitch in the system can be resolved by her Supervisor in 48 hours "But You can schedule Install Date now by paying $99". I've already paid $199. for the Service Plan; Including 1st Install Service is Free. "You'll be reimbursed." The glitch in system: "You should have set an Install Date when you paid". How? I ordered the product simultaneously w/Service Plan.
