About this game

A companion tool for Mage: The Awakening designed primarily to help with building spells, as well as an easier guide to spell creation for newer players. You can save your characters stats and then the spell crafter will present you options relevant to you and will work out all the numbers as you go.

A fantastic app that is an absolute must for anyone looking to play the game over the table. My only nitpick is that the app doesn't fit my screen perfectly (a Galaxy S21) so some of the info at the top of the "Spell Crafter" tab (the player stats) is cut off/obscured by my camera and the dice roller icon overlaps with the word "Arcana". In an update I'd love to see the ability to save multiple sets of stats for multiple characters but overall this is a great app and an awesome job by the dev!

Just getting into the game, and is a great help -- assuming I have another way to record spells created. I cannot save spells, the save option constantly returning an error message that blames this inability on either "No internet connection" (I have full bars) or "No ads available in your region" (don't know how to respond to that). I would have rated this higher were it not for this singular flaw. Update: Much better!!

Thanks for the Review! I built this app to help people enjoy the game more and handle some of the more clunky aspects of spell casting so am really sorry to hear it has created more clunk. The issue is connected to google's ad services so to stay true my goal I have removed the ads from the spell save function in the new update, hopefully it helps!

For a beginner for mage the awakening 2nd edition this app is great. Really helps speed things along when improvised spells start flying. Even for veterans of the system this helps with design for longer more complex rituals. For GMs the ability to design a rote and name it in the app then give it to players as a reward for uncovering a mystery is freaking stellar. Love the app.
