Heck Deck is a bullet hell card game where all the bullets are cards and time only progresses as you move. Explore 5 stages full of unique enemies and bosses, discover dozens of cards, and visit shops to buy and sell cards for health!
Throughout 5 different stages, Heck Deck will challenge your precision and dexterity during the bullet hell phases and your strategy when using your cards. Each card you pick up will cost you at least one life point, so you will have to be careful about which ones you pick on your way.
The abstract and minimalist world of Heck Deck is created with a cute hand-drawn art style. Each level of the game has its own universe, its own music, its own set of enemies, and of course, its own boss.

Unlike what these dorks say, the first level does a perfect job showing you exactly what you need to know. The whole beginning of the game is about experimentation; figuring out what certain cards do, learning how different enemies shoot, knowing whether you can touch something or not. However, I give 4 stars because the game needs a little more optimization. On my medium-end 2021 phone, it starts dropping frames whenever a single bomb explodes, even with particles disabled. It's a shame...

Really fascinating mix of bullet-hell shooter and deck builder. Time only passes while you're moving, bullets are cards but also damage you, and you run out of hand space if you collect too many which damages you as well. Your character has a fairly tight turning circle but can't change direction instantaneously. Very interesting and unique mix of resources to manage, the biggest of which is the cooldown on your cards. Recommended!

I normally don't do reviews at all unless I find one I do really like, which is rare especially now days with games here But this one :D heck yess haha 😅 no lies it's awesome an so well made everything from art style the sounds music game play it's just epic your team did hella awesome with it . Was a bit tricky just try to use my finge at first to guide an play the cards smoothly without much self damage, but after a couple seconds adjusted quickly an gameplay was simple but challenging
