How does Picnic work?
1. Download the app and order your groceries online
To order at Picnic you need the Picnic app. Download it now and register. You can collect all the groceries you need in the app as soon as you can order. Make a shopping list, and choose a delivery time. We’ll take care of the rest!
2. We take care of your shopping
Now it's our turn! As soon as we have all orders for the next day in, we send our shopping list to our baker, greengrocer, and the other suppliers. Once everything is neatly packed, we are ready to leave for your neighborhood. We keep the fresh products nice and cool in separate crates.
3. We deliver your groceries to your home for free
With our sustainable, electric cars we drive through the neighborhood via smart routes. In this way, we ensure that everything on your shopping list is delivered to your home, punctual to the minute.

It appears that the application is experiencing compatibility issues with Android 13, resulting in frequent crashes and device restarts upon launch. This problem seems to be widespread among various applications. The application works flawlessly on other Android devices. Despite this technical hiccup, I must commend the excellent service provided. The timely delivery and absence of any problems encountered since last year are greatly appreciated.

Best grocery delivery service in my area. They accept pfanditems. That is a great feature. In case of an issue with delivery or product, one can report it on their app. Their customer service is also fantastic. Easily accessible via multiple channels like WhatsApp, etc. highly responsive, flexible and friendly. Another great feature is that all delivery drivers who have delivered for me were females. They are friendly, professional and efficient. They do an Excellent job.

Love the app, the ease of use and the friendly delivery. Using it for >3 years now, think we only once had a disruption in the service that was professionally taken care of via a compensation. Note that you can alter your advertisement preferences and push notifications under your Privacy Settings (Privacyinstellingen). Its slightly hidden, but thanks for the feedback Picnic 👍🏻.
