They require more information than any other institution I've ever encountered when it comes to withdrawing one's money. For example, they want my wife's driver's license to transfer money from my individual Pionex acct INTO my joint checking account. I receive ACH transfers regularly from other institutions that don't require this. It feels as if they are phishing for unneeded banking credentials. Also, the email notification I received about this had a smart-a** tone to it.

Thanks for your feedback. If we identify the joint account, we can only reduce potential compliance risks by collecting document information. To withdraw to a joint account, please send us the requested information or you can request to cancel and then withdraw to an individual account.

Just bad. Do not use if just going to try it out. Has to be run in split screen to avoid constant refresh. Transferred currency to test-run app before moving more over to pionex, didnt like app, tried to tranf my balance back to my primary and found out i dont have enough to transfer out. You'll need to have a min of $60 to withdrawl. Trapped.

Not great. Tried for 2mos, never made any gains. I'd be up for a bit then drop and lose all gains every time. It does have a lot choose from, however, most of the bots only work well in specific markets, so you have to adjust them frequently. Thought it was okay until I tried to withdraw my money; $10 fee for an ACH transfer, 0.0004BTC fee for bitcoin. But ofc depositing was free 🙄 oh also you must upload a bank statement thats between 100-500kb, which mine are not, for an ACH transfer??? Tf🖕
