It's a great app, but it's unfortunate that the hosts dont consistently edit the dates available. Every time we travel, we end up putting in over a dozen requests. It's not the apps fault. We have a great history as renters as well. Would be great if the filters chosen could stay on.. or cities searched stay on.. possibly add a feture to "save searching criteria" and maybe add a feature available to see what properties have a consistent 13-week rental availability.

The map feature on this app barely works. It doesn't care about your filters (will show you multiple places past your move in date, places that don't allow pets, etc) and constantly resets and zooms out. Sometimes you click the numbers and it shows nothing. Sometimes you click on a house and every thing you click afterwards is that same house. Just incredibly frustrating to use if you're looking based on location and no way to sort houses based on what's closest to the location you picked.

App works ok. We'll often put a link to our place when using the in-app messenger, and often the recipient can't open it, because their security gateway logic screws it up or something. So I think they're being a little too paranoid with that "feature". Also, the UI completely reloads when you rotate from portrait to landscape or back, loosing anything you were working on at the time, like an almost-finished tenant message.
