You can see the exercises which have been prescribed to you in high-definition, clearly narrated exercise videos.

With “Vita Health” you can securely report symptoms to your physiotherapist while performing the daily exercises from the App.

Your Physiotherapist can monitor your feedback to make sure you are progressing as planned and intervene when you need some additional support.
