I can not use the app after paying for the whole year. I sent an email 2 weeks ago about the situation with the app and have had zero response and zero fixes. Basically, I paid for something for the whole year that I only got to use twice for one month.

Not for diverse skin tones and hair textures. repeatedly made my brown, locked hair straight and blonde. all images came out overexposed and with obvious attempts to photoshop...created overlapping teeth, dark splotches on skin.

It is an app that is misleading, I was stupid enough to pay for a whole year. The pictures you get are very clear and nice but have NOTHING to do with you. I showed it to friends and no-one was able to even slightly recognize me. With a simple cartoon maker, at least there are some features that can be recognized but not with this app. I tried to contact the makers the same day to get a refund but their mail didn't work.
