When I had my baby they were in the process of switching to a new app, so I did not have the chance to use the previous one. It has been now almost one year and lots of scanned packages. I must admit I did not have the best experience with e-coupons, but I got amazing support from customer service and I am happy now the app has the paper coupon option and that they can be used at Sainsbury's. They take a bit to arrive but the savings are worth the wait

The app is a great way to receive free nappies for something you need to buy anyway for your little ones. It's super easy to use and there is extra missions available sometimes for you to take part in to be in with a chance of winning even more great prizes, against All For nothing. The only downside is Pampers have recently changed how many points you receive for scanning your nappies in order to receive points, this is much less than when I originally signed up! But definitely still worth it.

I used to like this app but it has changed to paper coupons instead of e-coupon since the update, which I didn't think it would be an issue until now. I have ordered my paper coupon 3-4 weeks ago and still not received anything. Emailed and no reply. It's making me think shall I even bother keep scanning for more points if I end up having to pay full price nappies anyway since I can't exchange the points to anything?! Very disappointed.
