Useless support. App is not showing loans & credits anymore. Their support claims nothing is wrong despite I have sent them copies of the error messages. Yes, tested now and it works fine. Thanks !

Pretty useful, although does not break your statistics down into enough details. 3 stars: "Provide your email address- we promise not to spam you!". the next day, I got a spammy email..

It works as it should. No complains. Just that it would be better if one can know exactly that date when the credit rating will be updated. Recently the app has stopped working. Not sure what has happened. Probably a buggy update. I have tried restarting my phone and have also reinstalled the app but still doesn't work 😔 EDIT: After the update on 31st May, app has started working again!

Generellt sker den stora uppdateringen runt den 20e varje månad. Men då det kan diffa hos UC så kan vi inte säga med säkerhet när exakt det sker. Vidare så får du gärna kontakta oss på support@kreddy.se om du fortsatt upplever strul med appen!
