Just got this and already want to delete it. I can't even log into the app with the code it sends to my email. Which means I can't see my card. Then I'm reading horrible reviews, and their responses are unprofessional and dismissive of the people complaining about their app and services. Seems like a sketchy organization.

The app has to many glitches. The ID card on the site has multiple overlapping text, the help sections are not pacific to your pet acct, and paying on your acct isn't convenient. Please perfect this app before trying to promote upgrades and other things. I am new, and so for, each time I have visited this app, it hasn't been a pleasant experience. Good thing is I found a decent Vet, bad thing is that its not the Vet I already had, (they don't accept this plan), I guess you get what you pay for.

Hi Mia - We have received very few glitch complaints. Can you please send an email with screenshots of the overlapping text and errors you're seeing to customer.care@petassure.com? By the way, we don't sell upgrades, or anything else on the app.
