The app is quite good actually, but there is a big flaw at the very first sight - login. I don't want to login using fingerprint, so every time I open the app, I need to choose again "Sign in with Google" implemented through browser (!!!), choose the account, sometimes enter password, click, wait, click, wait... First of all, you could have at least done it natively in Android, secondly - you could check out your competitors - and skip all that hassle.

Personio app has several, very repeatable quirks. (1) When you log in while the phone is not connected to the internet, it essentially wipes out your login data used from before (along with the recorded hours). (2) When stopping the recording of hours, either going back one screen or accidentally closing the app will wipe the record as well. Both of these require the extra work of logging in on the desktop version to record the wiped data, unless I always remember to prevent it from happening.

Missing tracking Info and have to tap on "unlock with fingerprint" everytime i open the App. Why is this not the default? I'm not saving multiple employes on my phone, why would I ever want to log out? Please make it harder to accidentially log out every time one opens the App. Horrible UX. Time tracking itself works well except it asks me for breaks everytime, different presets for not asking me would be great.
