Design, navigation could really be better... The Personal training purchase experience is average and does not even provide the type of payment methods common in Malaysia. Considering it is mandatory to use the app as we cannot do it in the gym itself it is even more disappointing.

Alot to be worked on such as: 1. Auto accepting classes when someone cancels and on the waitlist 2. Poor colour choice. Very bland 3. No calendar sync 4. Doesn't notify when someone cancels class 5. Keep asking for rating on classes even if we have rated it before 6. Cant integrate Fitbit 7. Should have a class reminder before the free cancellation window

Gym environment is too good staff very friendly. But equipment is too old most need to upgrade the gym equipments . Most put new and advance equipments in side the gym . Tq
