Veo makes your daily commute easier and faster. Download the app, grab a Veo e-scooter, bike, or e-bike and just enjoy the ride.

HOW VEO WORKS
Step 1: Find the closest e-scooter, bike, or e-bike.
Step 2: Scan to unlock! Scan the QR code (or enter the scooter's or bike’s ID number) to unlock it. Enjoy your ride!
Step 3: Park in a designated parking zone (shown in the app) when done. To finish your ride and stop the fare, just tap the "End Ride" button in the app or push down the lever on the bike lock. We do the rest!

Very convenient comfortable rides, they climb small hills very easily which I am surprised by for such a smaller motor. I wish we were able to use our Google play balance for the app and the new monthly subscription as that would be so convenient! Would so love to see an unlimited monthly plan come out!! Just some constructive ideas here, the front lights need to be brighter! A lot of our local trails are dark and I'm always using my headlamp for more light, would also love to see a basket

For the most part, the bikes are very helpful and distributed evenly on my area. The support team has been fairly quick and understanding as well. However, several times recently I have encountered an issue when I start a ride. The bike moves for the first few seconds, then it power off. The app tells me I cannot park, because I am "outside the forced zone." I'm not sure what that error means, but it has forced me to walk the bike to where I found it, charging me in the meantime.

I walked a mile trying to find a scooter or a bike that was charged. I tried 6 different bikes that were marked as charged on the location map, but when I scanned them they were completely dead. On the 7th one that I tried, it was charged but the rear tire was completely flat. To make matters worse, I was forced to put a $10 deposit down and had to dispute the charge with my bank since I never actually got to ride. Uber's are a lot less fun than this concept, but at least they're reliable.
