This app is useful for Checking In. However, it is completely useless for ordering online. It requires an address before you can check out, which makes sense, but doesn't allow input of address during checkout! Went to profile, but it would not save the address, causing a catch 22 condition making ordering impossible. Also, my order was not maintained at each step, having to stay over

A PITA to use Took several tries to actually place the order. Kept getting a message that it couldn't get through to my chosen store location. Had to start from scratch several times. Got to the last page to place order and got an error message that I can't change the owner of the basket. Whatever that means. On my 5th try (after fully closing the app, again), finally got the whole order through.

App is terrible. Didn't work properly in August. Wouldn't let you add options. Was told the problem would be reported to IT. November, the same uncorrected problem. Go to the website to order and can't order delivery on website. Also can't apply for reward points after checking on app. They really like to pass off potential customers. I dare Ype Hengst to contact me to resolve this problem
