Respectfully, Grotto's is not giving loyal customers a good reason to use the app on a regular basis, or even leave it downloaded on the phone. If you're NOT a Swirl Club Member, and you DON'T have a Gift Card to use, then go ahead use the app to place a carry out order. And this is frustrating, if you've banked a reward, how do you redeem it? Dine-in only, I guess. Also, West Bethany doesn't have proper QR code so you can't add the visit afterwards. Long time customer until this "upgrade".

To order online, the app just takes you to the website through the app which makes the website interface unbearably slow and laggy. Additionally it makes you log into the website to order even if you are already signed into the app. I had to create another account to sign into the website which is independent of the grotto app. Additionally in my rewards it says I have $3 off a large pizza but when I try to check out (through the website through the grotto app) it isn't there. Uninstalled....
